For Writers

Yes. Authors retain the copyright to their work.

At Astoria & Ink, we license the publishing rights in a way that is standard for traditional publishing, but unlike many legacy houses, we approach this agreement as a partnership, not a power grab.

Our contracts are built to protect the author and the integrity of the work.

Deeply collaborative. We respect the author’s vision and work closely to strengthen each manuscript through thoughtful editing and open communication.
